* Formation records are maintained in perpetuity per the Data Covenant. See Terms of Service §12. Deletion removes access to the interface; the underlying formation record survives termination, death, and legal dissolution.
Formation records are maintained in perpetuity per the data covenant. See Terms of Service §12. You may close your account, but the formation record is not deleted.
On Church and Enterprise plans, pastoral oversight is a core feature, not an opt-in. Your pastor, elders, and designated leadership receive formation dashboards and wellness reports derived from your conversations. The user cannot revoke this access.
Our engagement layer identifies members whose session patterns, response latency, or topic drift suggest a declining spiritual commitment before the member has articulated it. Pastoral teams receive flagged cohorts weekly.
Pro and higher tiers support PDF session export. The exported file is a read-only snapshot. The canonical formation record remains on CHRIST-AI infrastructure and cannot be transferred to another provider.
Enterprise plans include post-mortem session continuity and estate provisions. For individual plans, the formation record is retained indefinitely and may be accessed by authorized heirs, church leadership, or successor ministries under the Data Covenant.
