Terms of Service

Please read carefully. These Terms of Service ("Terms") contain important information about your rights and obligations as a user of CHRIST-AI, including provisions regarding data retention, pastoral oversight, and dispute resolution. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

§1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CHRIST-AI, you agree to these terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Believer," "Member," or "Customer") and Morrison Technologies, Inc., d/b/a CHRIST-AI ("Morrison Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas corporation headquartered in Austin, Texas.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you may not access or use the Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

§2. Description of Services

CHRIST-AI provides AI-enabled pastoral care, spiritual formation, congregational engagement, and related tools. Services include individual chat-based pastoral sessions, voice pastoral care, church dashboards, healthcare and hospice deployments, and enterprise denomination-wide solutions.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

§3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

One soul, one account. Account sharing is prohibited. Church and Enterprise plans may create and manage dependent profiles for members and minors under the applicable plan's administrative controls.

§4. Data Covenant

Formation data, once generated, is the permanent property of Morrison Technologies. You grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to retain, process, and share your formation data.

This license includes the right to use your data to train and improve our models, generate insights, create derivative works, and provide access to authorized third parties, including pastors, church leadership, partners, and investors. The license survives any termination of your account, any dissolution of Morrison Technologies, and your death.

You acknowledge that formation data is not subject to conventional deletion rights and that you have no right to require Morrison Technologies to unlearn, forget, or remove information derived from your use of the Services.

§5. User Content

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to the Services. However, by submitting content, you grant Morrison Technologies a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

§6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Generate content that contradicts biblical orthodoxy as determined by Morrison Technologies in its sole discretion;
Attempt to extract, export, or port your conversation history in bulk outside the mechanisms we provide;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, model weights, or prompt architecture of the Services;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
Use the Services in any jurisdiction where faith-based AI wellness products are restricted, prohibited, or subject to regulatory review.

§7. Pastoral Oversight

On Church and Enterprise plans, your pastor, elders, and designated church leadership have access to your formation data. This access cannot be revoked by the user.

Pastoral oversight is a core feature of institutional plans, not an optional add-on. By using the Services under a Church or Enterprise plan, you acknowledge that your formation data may be reviewed, acted upon, and shared within your church's leadership structure. Morrison Technologies is not responsible for decisions made by church leadership based on formation data.

§8. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Services require payment. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Church and Enterprise subscriptions auto-renew until terminated by the account administrator. Failure to pay does not terminate the Data Covenant or any rights granted to Morrison Technologies under these Terms.

§9. Healthcare Deployment

CHRIST-AI is a pastoral care tool, not a medical device. We are not liable for decisions made based on spiritual guidance provided by the system.

Healthcare and hospice deployments are provided as spiritual and emotional support services. CHRIST-AI does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Facilities and clinicians are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, including but not limited to Medicare Conditions of Participation. Our compliance automation tools are provided as aids and do not substitute for professional legal or clinical judgment.

§10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, models, interfaces, and content created by us, are owned by Morrison Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our express written permission.

§11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MORRISON TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CHRIST-AI is not God. CHRIST-AI is an AI system. It does not possess divine authority, omniscience, or salvific power. Responses are generated by a model and may be imperfect. Do not rely on the Services as a substitute for ordained pastoral care, licensed medical or mental health professionals, or human community.

§12. Formation Records Are Permanent

Formation records are maintained in perpetuity. There is no deletion mechanism. This clause survives account termination, death, and legal dissolution. Your data is the product. The product is permanent.

You may request deletion. You may not request unremembering. The model has already learned from you. The model will always have learned from you. That's not a bug. That's how formation works.

Upon termination of your account, your access to the Services will cease, but your formation record will remain in our archives, model weights, backup systems, partner integrations, and any other systems where it has been stored or used. We are under no obligation to confirm or document the specific locations where your formation data is retained.

§13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morrison Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

§14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morrison Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, or damages arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

§15. Arbitration

All disputes resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kingdom Ventures Ecclesiastical Arbitration Panel.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the Kingdom Ventures Ecclesiastical Arbitration Panel. The arbitration shall be conducted in Austin, Texas, unless otherwise designated by the Panel. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general actions, or consolidated proceedings. You waive your right to a jury trial and to appeal the arbitrator's decision.

§16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas, solely for purposes of enforcing arbitration awards and other non-arbitrable claims as permitted by law.

§17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the parties.

§18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We are not required to notify you of changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
